18th Century Antique Georgian Oak Coffer

This heavy, substantial oak coffer made its way from 18th Century England to the United States where it experienced two centuries of use by Masonic lodges. Thick hinged lid opens to the plain interior, front with three panels, single panels to both sides with thick iron handles.
