To the extent people have beautiful antiques such as this anymore, when they sit on them they're likely to be wearing jeans. So why not have the antique sofa wear jeans too?

Superbly suited for a Southwestern, Texas or California environment. 19th Century handcrafted elegance with a youthful new garb. When this charming 19th Century parlor sofa came my way, I decided to redesign it with a New Wave. My team of seamstresses and upholsterers produced this beauty.

We used different colors of new denim to remake this sofa. As piping, we use a French seam made with denim that looks like it could be on a pair of jeans. The amazing graceful walnut frame with burlwood detail was completely restored and refinished too.
